Returns and Refunds Policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Exchange

Not quite right? Don’t worry! You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange. To exchange your item for a different size or color, we require your order number as a proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Refunds

If you would like to return your item for whatever reasons, we will refund you within 14 days of your purchase. To process a refund, we require the order number as a proof of purchase. To process your refunds, please mail your return item together to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
